A portfolio built one client at a time

The images on this page represent a small fraction of the work Lena Tikhonova has done over more than a decade at the chair. Each one is a real client, photographed in the studio at the end of a service — no retouching beyond privacy cropping, no filters, no digital slimming or smoothing. The lighting is whatever the studio offered that afternoon. The hair is doing what hair actually does when it's handled by someone who has spent thousands of hours learning to listen to it.

You will see a lot of dimension in this gallery — that is intentional. Flat, single-tone color reads well on a phone screen but tends to fall apart under real light. Lena builds every color with layers of depth, so the finished result reads dimensional whether you're standing under a chandelier or the flat overhead of an office. The extension work follows the same principle: individual strands blended by hand across a palette of three to seven tones, so the finished install moves and reflects light the way natural hair does.

If a look here resonates with what you're imagining, mention its position in the grid when you reach out. Better yet, bring a screenshot to your consultation. Lena will translate the feeling of the image — the depth, the movement, the softness — into a plan that suits your specific hair, face, and lifestyle.
